Allegiantcare helps disabled individuals with their daily tasks and healthcare needs. We offer a variety of services. All of our care is tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, allowing them to live as independently as possible.
Help people with disabilities, including mental illness and substance use disorder, and seniors find and keep housing.
Home and Community-Based Services (245D) provided to people with disabilities and those over age 65.
Personal care assistance (PCA) services provide assistance and support for persons with disabilities, living independently in the community.
